ALL INDIA ENGINEERS RECRUITMENT were renamed as ALL INDIA BOARD OF ENGINEERS RECRUITMENT and in the year 1998, AIBERL come under the control of the MINISTRY OF HRD which was set up in the Ministry of HRD to co-ordinate and streamline the working of AIBER.
In the year July 2000, the AIBER offices was Renoved in NEW DELHI directly recruits technical and non-technical categories in GR. 'C' posts to recruit on our Pay Rolls and Posted in India any department as well as GOVT. OF INDIA/CENTRAL GOVT/MNC/LTD. ORGANISATIONS for his work. Those offices are known as our clients.
JURISDICTION-A-AIBER-NEW DELHI carry out the recruitment of Group 'C' posts for Headquarter office, NEW DELHI/BANGALORE divisions of ANY WHERE IN INDIA.
ORGANIZATION- the AIBER is headed by Chairman, assisted by Member Secretary and Assistant Secretary, with a small team of Group C & Group D staff to run the AIBER office.
(A) THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY TO BE PURSUED ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE AS FOLLOWS :
1. To provide all types of solution for recruitment of engineers globally subject to the approval of the appropriate authorities.
2. To carry on the business of providing recruitment solutions for all types of engineers including all types of staff, personnel’s, whether skilled, semi-skilled, anywhere in India and subject to the permission of Reserve Bank of India, outside India to any institution, concern, society, body corporate, firm association whether incorporated or not, department of government – central as well as state, public or local authority, trust, industry or any other person or group of persons to undertake all kinds of activities regarding recruitment services of personnel Globally.
3. To provide solutions on requirement of all types of staff for any company or organization and to conduct market research, project planning, training classes, seminars and conferences.
4. To provide HR consultancy, Job consultancy, IT consultancy, financial consultancy, call centre training, BPO consultancy and all other consultancy in India or abroad.
